Registration Page

We have addressed and resolved the major technical issues we were having. We had to change to only taking checks or money orders this year in order to correct the issues we encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to be able to offer multiple options next year to make everything more convenient to everyone. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The details for each package option offered this year are below, after the yellow frame:

Registration is now opening at 12:01 a.m. on June 21, 2025. Click on the following to register: 2025 Registration

Option 1: Full Meal Deal aka Extended Retreat — 4 days, 3 nights, dinner Thursday, breakfast, lunch, & dinner Friday & Saturday, breakfast Sunday. 4 p.m. Thursday-11:59 a.m. Sunday. ($325)

Option 2: Full Retreat — 3 day, 2 nights, lunch & dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch, & dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday. 9 am Friday-11:59 a.m. Sunday. ($275)

Option 3: Semi Full Retreat — 3 days, 2 nights, dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch & dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday. 9 a.m. Saturday-11:59 a.m. Sunday. ($260)

Option 4: Single Night — 2 days, 1 night ( Saturday 9 a.m. – Sunday noon). ($170)

Option 5: All Day Saturday –Saturday 9 am-10pm. ($90)

Option 6: Speaker Only ($10)

Please register no later than August 4 by 5:00 p.m. PDT, in order to guarantee your place at this year’s retreat. We require a firm head count ahead of the retreat. You will receive confirmation of your registration within 48 hours. If you have not received confirmation, please call the PSRC phone, 425-272-5740 or email PSRC at info@soundretreat.org.

Remember to bring your own bedding, towels, and pillows. Mattresses are provided as well as bathroom facilities. It is recommended you also bring your own toiletries.

Registration costs only $325 for the full package going down to as low as $10 for a speaker only package. To make any scholarship donations, you may add the amount you wish to add via the registration page or directly donate to the PSRC mailing address: 704 228th Ave SE, PMB #552, Sammamish, WA 98074. We thank you for your support.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

  • Full refunds will be provided to registrants needing to cancel on or before August 5th.
  • Unfortunately, due to our contractual agreement with Gwinwood Retreat Center, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations received on or after August 6th.

We appreciate your understanding of our commitment to honor our agreements with our venue partner. If you have any questions or concerns regarding cancellations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us @ info@soundretreat.org.

    I’d like to see the ribbon-menu up top include buttons/links for scholarship and scholarship fund donation information (or both) — These should be in my opinion, easier to find, and the fact that a scholarship fund exists and needs donations highlighted.
